Location: Jefferson School Playground
              1400 Ada Street, Berkeley, California
             (near the intersection of Sacramento and Rose Streets)

Dates: Weekly June 18-July 27, 2012 (closed July 4)

Hours: 8am-5:30pm

Cost: $175 per week

RATS is an outdoor sports and games program for boys and girls who want to play outside all day long. We offer fun and moderately competive activities in a fun, supportive and instructive environment. Kids of all ability levels are encouraged to enroll, whether they are just beginners, or are experienced athletes. 

Kids learn and play a variety of games, including basketball, baseball, touch football, soccer, ping pong, European handball, and a wide array of alternative games. During "down time" they enjoy chess, checkers, foosball, board games and silly talent competitions.

Program Director and co-founder Don Arreola-Burl has over 30 years experience operating recreation programs, coaching, and teaching physical education.
